Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international orders require prepayment in US dollars via wire transfer, or with Visa or MasterCard, recipient is responsible for all shipping, duty and taxes. If you decide to use a wire transfer as payment, it will be subject to a wire-transfer and handling fee, no matter what the purchase amount, please contact us for details.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
Orders are processed in the order received, and are usually processed and shipped within two business days, provided the order was received by 10:00 am PST, and the product ordered is in-stock. Orders received after 10:00 am PST will usually be processed and shipped within two business days from 10:00 am the following business day. Depending upon the shipping method, and ultimate destination, standard transit, and customs clearing times if any apply.

What is the warranty period for your products?
Depending on the product purchased, our commitment to you is either ninety (90) days, or twelve (12) months. In the unlikely event that your product requires return during the warranty period, simply return it to Industry Advanced Technologies, return shipping, or postage prepaid, we will either repair or replace the product at our option. What if my product requires service or repair outside of the warranty period?
Simply return the product to Industry Advanced Technologies return shipping or postage prepaid, include your contact information, and we will send you an estimate for repair and return shipping costs.
